Want to be Curl Famous???

I’m going to be talking about both how to help your stylist out with social media and what to wear to your appointment.
Have you ever caught yourself scrolling through instagram admiring pictures- I know I do- and then maybe it hits you that you haven't seen yourself on your stylists page. A lot of factors can go into that on our end. Lighting can get weird, one little hair is out of place, or maybe we’ve posed you in a way that doesn’t show off your hair the way we want. There are some things you
can do to help though! When you are getting dressed to come to the salon, I’m sure you want to be as comfortable as possible but still cute and trendy. Sometimes if your colors or patterns on your top are too colorful or too patterned it can pull away from the outcome of your hair in the photo. Photo safe options are your neutrals. Black, white, grey, or brown. If you're a blondie black and brown are going to be your best top options. If you have dark hair, white and grey are going to be your best option! Now these are just suggestions, there is no dress code to getting your hair done- come in your Sunday's best or in your pjs! These are just some fun tips if you want to make sure your picture makes it to social media. You can always switch it up based on the weather as well, I know denim jackets are always in or a cute sweater right now since we’re into late fall/ early winter.
One thing too- if you are a shy human and you don’t want your face in the photo you can tell

your stylist that. We can either just take pictures of the back or side of your head or we can still get that front shot while hiding your face. If you are one that’s camera ready and knows no stranger, we love that! We want to show off your beautiful face too! Client selfies are also always appreciated, we love being tagged in posts or stories so we can re-share them as well! Just know that at the end of the day, we love what we do and we hope you love the art on your head too! Thank you for sitting in our chair and allowing us to create magic!
Until next time.
It’s your Curl,
Gabby ❤️
