Pin-Up Curls Partner Program- what is it and why is it important?

The Partner Program is a paid assisting program where you work with stylists and learn from them while refining your skill and gaining confidence to take your own guests. You go through different levels at which different responsibilities are placed on you. It’s a great way to get additional education under your belt while gaining trust with our clients who have become like family over the years. I’ve asked some of the girls on our team why they liked the partner program. I know for me personally, I always knew I wanted to be in this industry, I wanted to make a change but straight out of school I didn’t have a ton of confidence. So by going through the program, it allowed me to build up on my strengths and work harder on my weaknesses.

Also hiring out of beauty school allows us to mold you into the stylist of your dreams. The program is constantly evolving and partners are getting further along faster than the partner before. The program is designed to move at your speed. If you are excelling we don't want to hold you back but it's also important to respect the journey.
