Recently we had an upset guest which makes us unhappy. We never want to upset a guest or make them feel like we are taking advantage of them. She had recently purchased products from our salon and loved them and so she came back and purchased more. Then she realized she could purchase on Amazon for "half the price", therefore she was upset with us. In her eyes we had over charged her and in her shoes, we would have felt the same. We want to use this opportunity to educate everyone, especially our guests on why as much as we all love Amazon, certain products should not be purchased from this site. We asked Gabby to blog about why we use Eufora and why you should not purchase it from Amazon.

... Now it’s time to talk about an important topic: retail. If you’ve ever been to The Curl you know retail is important to us. It’s a sure way for you to protect what you have invested in your hair. In addition to that, It’s important for us to educate you on what you’re using. We choose to carry Eufora because it’s good for your hair and skin. We know how it’s made and where it’s sourced. We take classes to stay on top of our game to be the best for you and we will never recommend or sell something to you just to sell it. Retail is important to us because we use the profit from the sales to further our education by taking classes. In turn, those classes keep us up to date on trends, sanitation, and new techniques. With Amazon on the rise and convenient to shop on, trust me I get it.. I love a good amazon find, there are some things you shouldn’t order from this site. Hair care and skin care products are on that list. Especially our brand specifically.

Eufora only sells to salons that have been chosen to carry and

be educated on the line. That means you will never find authentic Eufora products on 3rd party websites, such as Amazon. If you do happen to find them, just know they are likely expired, watered down, or some unknown substance in the bottles. The price can be enticing, but know there is risk involved in these purchases. Eufora has never sold to Amazon or any of their sellers. They send Cease and Desist letters to every "store" that sells Eufora Products through Amazon trying to keep the integrity of their products.

I’ll be blogging hopefully every month to fill you all in on what’s going on at The Curl. If there are any specific things you guys want to know or want to hear about reach out to me or Pin-Up Curls on social media to tell us what I should write about next! Until next time...

Sending love from Your Curl, Gabby
